Tuesday am swim, then run. The end is near!

Last run before WLH. Plan was 3x2"@10k pace. I kinda did that.
1st mile (7:30)1 mile warmup @7:30
2nd mile (6:50) intervals 2"@6:27, 2"@7:30, keep repeating until start of mile 3.
Third mile (6:54) same basic thing.
Fourth mile (6:43). I threw in 400m @5:30 at the start, then backed it off to 6:27, then to 7:30.

This run felt great, no issues at all. I'm ready.
