Tuesday am spin, swim

spin class, "endurance". This was a good class this morning, I enjoyed it.

Arms felt really heavy during the 500 free, but I felt kinda quick too. Maybe I'm starting to get a "feel" for the water?

on the last 4 pull 100s, I changed my hand entry depth, and began the catch about 8 inches underwater. It made a dramatic difference. If I could just remember to do that more often!
