AM spin, then swim...that's all for today!

aerobic threshold intervals. Kinda did my own thing too. Good workout in taper week.

easy pull right after the spin class. just some water time.





schedule for the day: 60 minutes on the bike. Rain in the forecast all day, so a spin class it is. No wrecks needed this close to game day. I added a very short swim just to loosen up my shoulders a bit.
