Tuesday: bike 90 minutes with InsideOut pm
Wednesday: swim 60 minutes am, run 40 minutes pm
Thursday: spin class am 90 minutes (arrive 30 minutes early), 15 minute brick
Friday: swim 60 minutes am, run 40 minutes pm (4x800m@10k pace)
Saturday: 150 minute bike (2x5minute@40k pace)
Sunday: swim 30 minutes am, run 70 minutes am

Next week:
Monday: bike 60 minutes
Tuesday: swim 40 minutes am, run 30 minutes pm (3x2minutes@10k pace)
Wednesday: bike 90 minutes pm (3x2minutes@40k pace)
Thursday:
OFF
Friday: At White Lake-10minute swim w/ 5 15second pick ups; 30-45 minute bike w/3x1 minute build to race pace; 15 minute run with 5x15 second builds to race pace
Saturday: RACE DAY
