10minute swim w/ 5 15second pick ups;

30-45 minute bike w/3x1 minute build to race pace;


15m ----- -----

5:00 PM

15 minute run with 5x15 second builds to race pace




The plan is to depart the area around 1:30, arriving around 3:30. We will do a light swim/bike/run exercise (like 10 min in the water, 30 min on the bike, 15 min on the run max). Then set up for tomorrow and kick back for tonight.
