47 days to White Lake

Now that I've had a recovery week, it's time to get cracking on White Lake! The good news is that I get a rest day on this plan!

Here's the general schedule for the next few weeks:
Monday OFF
Tuesday BIKE
Wednesday SWIM/RUN
Thursday BIKE (brick)
Friday SWIM/RUN
Saturday BIKE (brick)
Sunday SWIM/RUN
