Laying some bricks

Today was a nice comfy am swim workout. 750 pull, rest a minute, 750 free. I like those. I worked in a speed lap or two in the free section. Finished that, went up for a 20 minute exercise bike ride, max HR 120, 90-95rpm. Then over for a quick 1 mile brick run. Wow, I forgot how hard it is to get the legs moving. I don't really need to be doing bricks before the marathon, but felt this short one wouldn't do any damage. Resting the rest of the day!

Tomorrow is am spin class, pm 11 mile tempo run. Fun fun!
