5:30-6:30am spin class w/2 other BNB teammates. Just a spin. Saving the legs some for this afternoon's 11-mile run (3 warmup, 6 @ 7:00 or below, 2 cooldown).
The afternoon run was a little tough. Treadmill run, as follows:
8:00, 7:30, 7:30 (warmup miles), 5 miles @ 6:58, 1 mile @ 7:13, then two at 8:00 to cooldown. Nutrition was off all day, so the first 5-6 miles were a struggle to not..um..seafood. A good solid run though. Everything is feeling good and strong, no issues. It's taking me about 1.5-2 miles to warm up enough to go fast, so I'm taking that into consideration for race day(s).
