I've been so remiss in keeping this blog up, but I want to try.
So, here's a recap since last year.
My last post was July 2009.  Since then, I've run a few races, and put in quite a few training miles.  
October 24, 2009-ATT 10-miler: 1:08:39, a significant improvement over 2008's performance.  2/14 AG, 10/119 overall males, very pleased with that race.

I can tell that I'm not 100%, but right now about 85% will do.  My leg still has a small swollen spot right above the ankle, and that is where it gets tender.  But, it's manageable. I'm up to a 40ish-mile bike, and did an 8-mile run Sunday, then able to train again Monday, going out again today on a 25-mile bike followed by 5k brick run. Running feels good.  I had a very enjoyable 5.25 mile one this morning, out the door at 5:55am, right after a band of showers had passed through (almost done).
